Tiramisu

Recette pour 6 parts: scroll down for English
500g de mascarpone
75ml de lait
60g de sucre
1 cuillère à soupe d’essence de vanille
un grand paquet de boudoirs
75ml de café froid ou lait chocolaté
cacao en poudre
 
Mélanger le mascarpone au lait et au sucre et à l’essence de vanille. Disposer les boudoirs au fond du moule, les mouiller avec le café.
Verser la moitié de la crème au mascarpone dessus.
Disposer les boudoirs sur la crème, puis verser la deuxième moitié dessus et saupoudrez de cacao.
 
Recipe (serves 6):
500 gr of mascarpone
75ml milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
ladyfingers
75ml coffee (cooled)
cocoa powder
 
Combine mascarpone, milk, vanilla extract and sugar.
Line the bottom of a large glass bowl with ladyfingers and brush them with coffee.
Spoon half of the mascarpone filling over the lady fingers. Repeat ladyfingers, coffee and mascarpone layers.
Garnish with cocoa. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
